FEEL GOOD DIPS

Feel Good Dips is a Cold Water Therapy community established in August 2019 in Elwood, Melbourne Victoria. Practicing our so-called ‘Feel Good’ activities such as Cold Water immersion, Meditation, Breath-Work, Yoga, mindfulness and gratitude we strive to help people with improvement of their general wellbeing, mental health, consciousness and social connection. Backed by science these activities have shown to positively impact individuals overall health and lifestyle. At Feel Good Dips we believe that when one commits to healing themselves, self care is often about doing things that are uncomfortable. We are firm believers of seeking discomfort to better yourself.

Feel Good Dips offers sessions as a gesture of gratitude and unity to any First Nations people who wish to join and honor the land where we practice. We acknowledge and pay respects to the past, present, and future custodians of this land. Our practice involves consciously taking gentle steps and extending gentle hands to the lands and hearts we encounter, always giving back with gratitude.
