Step into the Feel Good Infrared Sauna – your exclusive retreat to unwind and rejuvenate both body and mind. A session in our infrared sauna is the ultimate remedy to harmonise after a week of crushing it in the gym, making it an essential component of your holistic health and wellness ritual.

  • Our sauna maintains an average temperature of 65 degrees Celsius, providing you the flexibility to adjust it to your comfort during your session. Please note that the sauna temperature may gradually increase from a lower temperature as your session progresses. Each sauna session is allocated 30 minutes, giving you the freedom to decide whether to maximise your time or opt for a shorter session.

    To ensure a tranquil Infrared Sauna experience, we kindly request that you arrive on time, as we are unable to hold bookings for late arrivals.

    Don't forget to bring your own towel to enhance your comfort during the session.

    Please be mindful that late cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your appointment credit or payment.

    Not everyone can use an infrared sauna for the same amount of time, and it’s important to stay in tune with your body when detoxing in one.

    Infrared Sauna Tips:

    Stay Hydrated

    Since you lose so much sweat, it’s important to hydrate both before and after your trip to the infrared sauna.

    Don’t Stay in Too Long

    You should not expose yourself to higher temperatures for too long at a time. You should only stay in an infrared sauna for 10−15 minutes every other day when you're first starting. Once your body adjusts to these limits, you can gradually increase your time.

    Rinse the Toxins Away

    After your sauna session, it’s important to rinse off before getting dressed. Since your body has been releasing toxins for the last 10−45 minutes, most of them are still there on the surface of your skin. A quick rinse-off will help ensure that the toxins are completely gone from your body. After the rinse, you can simply dry off and go about your day!  

    Listen to Your Body

    The most important tip is to stay aware of any red flags your body may show you while in an infrared sauna. If you experience physical reactions such as nausea or fatigue, its best to step outside of the sauna. Staying in tune with your body will help you have an enjoyable experience.
