There is ample on-street parking in the area, with 1-hour parking located directly at the front of The Feel Good Hood on Church Street.
2-hour parking is also available on High Street, near the intersection. Please note that clearway restrictions also apply on the east side of Church Street between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on weekdays.

At The Feel Good Hood, we welcome walk-in appointments. However, our memberships grant the best access and value of benefits that we have to offer.

Certainly! While we do accommodate walk-in visitors, we kindly advise considering that our services could be fully scheduled without prior planning.
To provide the best experience, we strongly recommend guests to secure reservations before their visit.
Reservations can be conveniently made via our website, or by directly reaching out to our Reception team.
This ensures that guests can fully relish the services they desire.

The nearest train station is Hawthorn station, which is located on the Alamein, Belgrave & Lilydale line. Two tram lines are also accessible. The Feel Good Hood is located closest to Stop #26 on Route 48 and also a walking distance to Stop #29 on Route 109.
Tram Route 48 operates between North Balwyn and Victoria Harbour Docklands
Tram Route 109 operates between Port Melbourne and Box Hill.
Bus Route 609 also operates between Hawthorn and Fairfield via Kew.

We offer an array of holistic wellness services such as Infrared Saunas, Ice Baths, Pilates, Yoga, Breath-Work, Meditation, and State-of-the-Art Gym Space. We also have 3 huge studio rooms where we can facilitate workshops and other holistic ceremonies. In addition to this, we have rooms available to hire if you are a practitioner.

Absolutely, no need to bring a lock; we operate on a code combination setup.

Yes, we have a filtered water tap in the Gym area and a tea station in our communal space upstairs. If you’d prefer to bring your own, you’re most welcome to.

Unfortunately, we do not have any food or drinks provided by us; however, we are located in Hawthorn, surrounded by accessible cafes and restaurants up the road.
SESSIONS

Once a session commences, the doors are shut, and entry will be denied for your safety. Therefore, punctuality is crucial, as no exemptions to this policy will be made.

According to our Terms and Conditions, in the case of a membership with us, sessions/classes cannot be transferred.

In the event that the class/session you wish to attend is already at maximum capacity, we will contact you to discuss scheduling a convenient slot in our next accessible class/session.
PURCHASES

No, refunds will not be given for any purchase made on The Feel Good Hood Pty Ltd website or app.
CANCELLATION

For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the Class, Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath, or Gym Access session:
Single-use purchases will forfeit the session.
Membership holders will incur a $5 'late' fee, billed to the linked card, and the session/class will be credited back to your account.
If you're more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled class/session, you're not required to attend, as this disrupts the session.

What happens if I just don’t show up?
In the event of a no-show for a Class, Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath, or Gym Access without cancelling the Class / Session:
Single-use purchases will forfeit the session.
Membership holders will incur a $15 ‘no-show’ fee, billed to the linked card, and the session/class will be credited back to your account.
MEMBERSHIPS

If you wish to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to comply with our cancellation policy stated in your membership agreement. Please contact one of our staff by phoning us on (03) 9100 3579 or email: contact@thefeelgoodhood.com

Certainly, simply go to your account to initiate the cancellation process. Please be aware that if you acquired your membership through a special promotion, you won't have the option to repurchase the same one if it's no longer accessible.

Your membership begins on the date of purchase. Subsequently, your designated credit card will be automatically charged every 7 days unless you choose to cancel.

You can schedule your weekly sessions as soon as payment is confirmed. Unbooked credits can be scheduled even after the expiration date as long as they are booked before your upcoming billing date. Please be aware that bookings made with expired credits cannot be rescheduled.

Your weekly membership is exclusively for your use. All of our weekly memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared among individuals.

A single-use session incurs the complete price and remains valid until utilised, dependent on your schedule.
A membership involves recurring payments, granting you access to a specific number of weekly classes. It offers the flexibility to cancel at any point. However, memberships are exclusive to the holder and cannot be shared. For Feel Good members, a membership proves more cost-effective.

For memberships, the initial payment is processed immediately, followed by subsequent weekly deductions on the same day each week.
